General information

The tools and explanations on jpgdrop.com are provided for general informational and utility purposes only. While we test carefully, we make no guarantee that a conversion will succeed for every file or that converted output will meet a particular professional standard.

Keep your originals

Converting between image formats can change a file: lossy formats give up some quality, metadata such as EXIF is not carried across, and features like Live Photo motion or Portrait depth data cannot be represented in JPG or PNG. Always keep your original files until you have checked the converted results.

Trademarks

JPGDrop is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "iPhone", "HEIC" and "HEIF" are used descriptively to explain file compatibility. HEIF/HEIC technology is based on standards developed by MPEG. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

External content

Pages may reference third-party products and websites for comparison or instructions. Those references are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement.
